This introduction to Mindfulness course is a great way to understand the key concepts of what Mindfulness is and to discover how we can incorporate techniques into our working days.  Exploring a variety of techniques from eating a chocolate to gazing out of a window, several activities will culminate in a 5-minute silent meditation at the end of the second.
