I did the Leadership Training Programme with Tandem and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Run across 6 days this allowed for a real immersion into the subject matter with each day focussing on a theme that was brought alive with great contextual videos, exercises and detailed information. Being in a small group with co-workers fostered a sense of trust and allowed us to get to know each other in a supportive environment away from the office.
