Who we are
Born out of a belief that Learning and Development could be so much more exciting and fulfilling than it was, Tandem was created in 2012 whilst sitting on a deserted beach in Java, Indonesia. Our aim was to deliver a sense of adventure and enthusiasm to Learning and Development so that our clients were more invested, more committed and saw more impactful results.
With imagination and enthusiasm, we bring the focus and energy that internal teams don’t always have the capacity for. Our exceptional hands-on practical experience means you’ll be working with people who genuinely understand your challenges. We’re experienced at quickly building a rapport and we deliver our products and facilitation with the utmost care and attention, offering a partnership you will be proud to present to your business. My style of coaching is highly intuitive, empathetic, yet thought provoking. As a coach, I provide a focused thinking space to facilitate a deeper level of understanding and awareness through really listening and being curious.
Rob is passionate about people being inspired every day, achieving fulfilment at work and
having the platform to be the best they can be.
As a coach Rob works with individuals to lift organisational performance, improve engagement and increase effectiveness at work.
Suze specialises in Leadership Development and behavioural soft skills training.
After years of honing her management skills in the retail sector, Suze went to work for a leadership coaching consultancy, where her fascination with how the brain works and all things Neuroscience started.
The purpose of Kate’s coaching is to grow her client’s in-built potential to learn, develop and
activate new ways to approach professional and personal challenges.
For me, coaching is a joint adventure, where you’re in control of the destination, and I help to navigate the way.
I’m a big believer that we don’t know what we think until we take the time to express it to others and my intuitive coaching supports you do some quality thinking and express your thoughts in a safe and open space.
Ben is passionate about removing barriers for underrepresented talent,and works with historically marginalised clients including the LGBTQ+community, people of colour, women and those with neurodiversity to helpthem unleash their potential and become self-advocates.
Katie’s unique approach combines aspects of psychotherapy, coaching and somatic practices to create deep and lasting transformation. She loves working with driven women to balance ambition and wellbeing, fostering presence, focus, calm and contemned in areas of their lives.

I did the Leadership Training Programme with Tandem and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Run across 6 days this allowed for a real immersion into the subject matter with each day focussing on a theme that was brought alive with great contextual videos, exercises and detailed information. Being in a small group with co-workers fostered a sense of trust and allowed us to get to know each other in a supportive environment away from the office. More than anything the course was fascinating, covering not only how to be a good leader, but delving into psychology, music, history, philosophy and sociology.
