The Leadership course was brilliant. Not only was it informative in terms of learning valuable, important new skills, but Tandem was also very supportive on real issues, so I could take techniques into the office. And I often find myself saying, “What would Tandem do?”! I did the Leadership Training Programme with Tandem and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Run across 6 days this allowed for a real immersion into the subject matter with each day focussing on a theme that was brought alive with great contextual videos, exercises and detailed information. Being in a small group with co-workers fostered a sense of trust and allowed us to get to know each other in a supportive environment away from the office. More than anything the course was fascinating, covering not only how to be a good leader, but delving into psychology, music, history, philosophy and sociology. Finally, Clive was a tremendous asset to delivering the course, with the right balance of authority, empathy and humour.
