As a dedicated and experienced coach, I am passionate about helping individuals and teams unlock their unique strengths, overcome challenges, and cultivate a growth mindset. By providing a reflective, safe, and focused space to do some quality thinking; they consciously design their own goals and enrich their careers through growth and change.
My style is intuitive, empathetic, and thought provoking. I enable a deeper level of awareness and insight by genuinely listening and encourage personal growth by being curious and asking questions. Through a journey of self-discovery and exploring the system within which they operate, I empower individuals and teams to realise their goals and take responsibility for their own success.
Collaboration is at the heart of what I do; I’ve had the privilege to work alongside leaders and teams, gaining valuable insight into what motivates and drives people, and the daily rewards and challenges that leadership brings.
With over 15 years HR and Learning & Development experience; together with 9 years as an Executive Coach, Team Coach and Facilitator, my diverse background has enabled me to work effectively with a wide range of clients and organisations.
I’ve been responsible for leading HR and L&D teams and coached Senior Executives and their teams, bringing a blend of knowledge in emotional intelligence, psychometrics, leadership principles and practices, and team dynamics.
