As a coach Rob is striving to create fulfilment and performance, at both an individual and organizational level. As well as being a professional coach, throughout Rob’s 20+ year career he has held senior leadership positions in industry and as such brings a commercial lens and results focus to all his coaching assignments.

As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Rob is governed by a global standard of coaching and the ICF Code of Ethics. He is a Cert. Organisational Coach (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership – IECL), Cert. NLP Practitioner Coach, Cert. DISC Practitioner and Cert. Strengthscope® Practitioner.
