Description 

This workshop is designed to support managers and leaders in how best to recognise how they manage change themselves and how best to lead their team through change.  Running the workshop prior to any change programme is a great way to inspire leaders and managers to feel excited about the opportunity.  The key objectives are:

  • To have an understanding that change is inevitable and necessary
  • To review the business changes so far and how our change stories connect with this
  • To increase our levels of self-awareness on our relationship with change and how this will be helpful to set us up for success for the upcoming journey
  • Understand that taking your team with you is a critical part of leading change
  • Experiencing different emotions through change is normal and expected – we’ll learn more about what these might be
  • Learn how preparation makes the transition easier
  • Have an awareness that we all have a role and responsibility to ensure change is a success
