The Productivity workshop that covers a wide range of tools and techniques that can be applied immediately in and out of the work place.  As well as some of the more traditional prioritisation methods, there is also an exploration of how mindfulness, breathing techniques and good night’s sleep all support our productivity.  Key areas of focus include.
