Master the skill of delegation in a way that will not only develop your team, but will also develop yourself.  This practical workshop will explore our natural tendencies around delegation to ensure we put in a plan for ourselves that start to make it happen effectively.  By the end of the session participants will be able to:

  • Identify common barriers to effective delegation
  • Define the advantages of delegation
  • State a process for effective delegation
  • Identify the right task and the right people for delegation – the what, they why, the when and the how
