This workshop will define what a Careers Conversation is and covers the skills required that will give participants the motivation to engage with them and carry them out for their team members.  Delegates will leave with:

  • An understanding of what Career Conversations are and why they are so important
  • An understand to the barriers of having Career Conversations and how to overcome them
  • Clarity on the 70:20:10 Learning Model
  • Increased level of Listening Skills
  • Familiarity of a useful model for Career Conversations that demonstrates that it's not all about a promotion!
  • An understanding the concepts of FLOW, Growth Mindset and Accountability and how they link to Career
