Who we are
Born out of a belief that Learning and Development could be so much more exciting and fulfilling than it was, Tandem was created in 2012 whilst sitting on a deserted beach in Java, Indonesia. Our aim was to deliver a sense of adventure and enthusiasm to Learning and Development so that our clients were more invested, more committed and saw more impactful results.
With imagination and enthusiasm, we bring the focus and energy that internal teams don’t always have the capacity for.
